Jackie joined NTT in November 2011. She has extensive experience in project management and implementation having worked previously with South Asians for Human Rights (SAHR) in its Colombo Secretariat, and Inter Press Service News Agency in Rome, Italy, in addition to a number of consultancies both in the NGO and private sector. Private sector experience also comes from her management of a boutique hotel. Jackie holds an MBA from St. John’s University, New York and undergraduate degrees in English Literature, from Madras Christian College, India and John Cabot University, Italy, respectively.
Lalinda Wickremaratne joined in June 2015. Lalinda has been involved in community development as a grass root level practitioner after his training in Philippines, in a volunteer capacity in various projects, and having moved away from the corporate sector he successfully led an agency working in the fields of livelihood, child development, resettlement and community development. He has managed projects in over 20 districts and has been involved in project design, monitoring and mentoring teams. He specializes in strategic planning, training, project management, micro enterprise development and child protection working in a rights-based environment.
Susikaran Sunderalingam previously worked at Ernst & Young audit firm for three years, involved in statutory audit, and project audit (of funds provided by USAID, EU, Child Fund Sri Lanka, Diakonia Sri Lanka), management resource audit and other assignments such as capacity building for clients, fraud investigation & process review. Before that he worked for 10 years at a youth development organization, Youth for Christ, as an Accountant.
He has completed the IAB UK and is partly qualified in CIMA UK.
Gayathri holds a BA degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution from University of Kelaniya and a LLB degree from University of London. She has been working with Inter-Governmental Organizations and Non-Governmental Organization for more than six years. Gayathri joined NTT in February 2015 with her expertise and passion in programme designing & implementation in human rights and peace-building fields.
Sahu has hands-on experience in community development-focused project management and implementation. She has worked with International and local NGOs, working in core areas of livelihood development, youth empowerment, sexual health, child development and psychosocial support. Sahu holds is a Degree in Bachelor of Social Work from National Institute of Social Development (NISD) and LLB Degree from University of Wolver Hampton.
Priya joined NTT in October 2014, before which she worked in the Department of Examinations. She studied at the Hindu Ladies College Wellawatte and successfully completed her A/L in the Commerce Stream in 2012.
Dhammika joined NTT in May 2006. Prior to her employment with the Trust she worked in the apparel industry for 4 years as a quality control assistant.
