Susikaran worked at Ernst & Young for three years, engaging in statutory and project audits funded by USAID, the EU, ChildFund Sri Lanka, and Diakonia. He also handled resource audits, fraud investigations, and capacity-building assignments. He spent 10 years at Youth for Christ as an accountant. He is IAB UK-qualified, a CIMA UK passed finalist, and holds an MBA in Finance from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK.

Sundaralingam Susikaran

Manager–Finance and Administration

Kaushalya Ruwanthika Ariyathilaka

Manager–Programmes and Grants

Kaushalya is a grantmaking and social impact practitioner. She has worked with the Human Rights Commission, UNDP, and Transparency International Sri Lanka. She was a Fellow of #ShiftThePower and the US State Department Professional Fellows Programme. She is an alumna of the Asian University for Women and the University of Trento, and is currently pursuing an LLB.

Rifkan holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management (University of Colombo) and a Social Work Degree (NISD). He has over 13 years of experience in development work, including local initiatives, interfaith dialogue, and civic education. He has worked with  IFES, CPBR, and the IWARE. A Kalinga Fellowship alumnus, he is a speechcraft enthusiast and storyteller, actively engaged with the Centre for  Beach Clean-up and Round Table Sri Lanka.

He has over 13 years of experience in development work, including local initiatives, interfaith dialogue, and civic education. He has worked with  IFES, CPBR, and the IWARE. A Kalinga Fellowship alumnus, he is a speechcraft enthusiast and storyteller, actively engaged with the Centre for  Beach Clean-up and Round Table Sri Lanka.

Nilantha is an accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience, specialising in inclusive economies and social enterprise development. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Colombo, as well as postgraduate qualifications in business and economics, he excels in project management, monitoring and evaluation, institutional growth, marketing and livelihood development. He is a skilled trainer and facilitator.

He is a skilled trainer and facilitator.
