ශ්රී ලංකාවේ විවිධ ප්රදේශ පුරා විහිදී ඇති මෙම සිතියම, දේශීය ප්රදානකරුවෙකු (Local grantmaker) ලෙස NTT ආයතනයේ ක්රියාකාරීත්වය මනාව නිරූපණය කරයි. එමෙන්ම බිම් මට්ටමේ (Grassroots) ක්රියාකාරීන් සහ ප්රජා මූලික සංවිධාන සමඟ අප පවත්වාගෙන යන හවුල්කාරිත්වයන් මෙහිදී කැපී පෙනේ. සම්පත් සාධාරණ ලෙස බෙදා හැරීම සඳහා වූ අපගේ කැපවීම මෙන්ම, ප්රතිචාරාත්මක සහ සන්දර්භයට ගැළපෙන ප්රදාන ලබාදීමේ ක්රමවේදයන් (Context-driven grantmaking) හරහා සිවිල් සමාජ පද්ධතිය ශක්තිමත් කිරීමේ අපගේ ප්රයත්නය මෙයින් ඉස්මතු කරනු ලබයි.
