Susikaran worked at Ernst & Young for three years, engaging in statutory and project audits funded by USAID, the EU, ChildFund Sri Lanka, and Diakonia. He also handled resource audits, fraud investigations, and capacity-building assignments. He spent 10 years at Youth for Christ as an accountant. He is IAB UK-qualified, a CIMA UK passed finalist, and holds an MBA in Finance from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK.

Kaushalya is a grantmaking and social impact practitioner. She has worked with the Human Rights Commission, UNDP, and Transparency International Sri Lanka. She was a Fellow of #ShiftThePower and the US State Department Professional Fellows Programme. She is an alumna of the Asian University for Women and the University of Trento, and is currently pursuing an LLB.

She brings 12 years of experience in finance, administration, HR, and grant management. Her expertise includes financial analysis, fraud investigations, and assessing organisational capacity. A trilingual professional, she adds value through event management and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Sathiyanathan Lenin
Lenin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Special) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Jaffna. He started his career as an intern at NTT and later worked at NAFSO, supporting marginalised communities. Skilled in QuickBooks and Tally, he focuses on grant management, strengthening partner organisations’ internal controls, and ensuring transparency, accountability, and accuracy in all financial operations.
Ahamed Rifkan
Rifkan holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management (University of Colombo) and a Social Work Degree (NISD). He has over 13 years of experience in development work, including local initiatives, interfaith dialogue, and civic education. He has worked with IFES, CPBR, and the IWARE. A Kalinga Fellowship alumnus, he is a speechcraft enthusiast and storyteller, actively engaged with the Centre for Beach Clean-up and Round Table Sri Lanka.
Nilantha Attapathu
Nilantha is an accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience, specialising in inclusive economies and social enterprise development. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Colombo, as well as postgraduate qualifications in business and economics, he excels in project management, monitoring and evaluation, institutional growth, marketing and livelihood development. He is a skilled trainer and facilitator.

Thusitha is an HR professional with experience in HRM and administration across healthcare and manufacturing sectors. He has previously served as Senior HR Executive at Stemz Healthcare Lanka with comparable roles at Mediccon Healthcare (Pvt) ltd and Weerodara Stationery (Pvt) ltd. He holds a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management and is an affiliate Member of the CIPM, Sri Lanka. He is pursuing a BA in Social Sciences at the Open University of Sri Lanka.
